I mainly offer
PREMADE TEMPLATES. These are available
here. I refrain from going into actual
coding until someone makes a request. A premade as it is will be
free-of-charge. However, prices are negotiable
if you want a certain premade to be yours uniquely, or if you require certain customisations along the way. Check it out

I also do
GRAPHIC CUSTOMISING. However, I've restricted my scope to
banners, headers and icons.

I'll be brushing up this page, but for now let's see the gist of what I can do:
- HTML/CSS; divs, tables, iframes and the like. I code manually in Notepad.
- forms, .pdf files for download, anything you might need for customer services.
- Cross-browser compatability, mainly IE5+ and Firefox.
- Resolution-safe. Note, though: I work with 1280x768.
